Accessibility

  • Step-free access: Harbourside Function Centre entrances is at ground level and there is a lift which accesses all levels.

  • Accessible facilities: Accessible bathroom facilities are available within the venue on all levels.

  • Waterfront location: The venue is located on the Wellington waterfront, with a flat pedestrian route from nearby public transport stops and parking areas.

  • Parking and drop-off: there is no on-site parking available - however there is a ‘loading’ zone outside and an accessible 'paid' parking spot across from the main entrance. Outside of those options, the venue refers parking to Te Papa as it is close.

  • Support needs: If you have any accessibility requirements or need assistance during the conference, please let our team know when registering or contact us ahead of the event so we can support your participation.

Business casual: Our priority is that you feel comfortable and confident. Whether that means a blazer, a button-up shirt, a smart top, or your favourite conference-friendly outfit — come ready to connect, learn and enjoy the day.
